Tuyen is a seasoned founder and advisor with over 25 years of experience in strategic transactions. He founded TVD Capital Partners in 2022, focusing on diversified service sector investments backed by various family offices. He successfully completed two transactions: acquiring a >$50M industrial services company with 30% EBITDA margin and a healthcare services company with a >50% EBITDA margin. Prior to TVD Capital Partners, Tuyen served as the Global Head of Diversified Industrials & Services at Teneo Capital led the top 5 Diversified Services group at Wells Fargo Securities.

Daniel Ngo is a highly accomplished professional currently serving as a senior associate at TVD Capital Partners, overseeing investment activities and maximizing returns for investors. Daniel began his career in the Financial Markets Group at Pricewaterhouse Cooper before gaining investment banking experience at Houlihan Lokey, UBS, and Credit Suisse.

Serving as a technology strategy advisor for TVD Capital, Vivian brings 12 years of operational and digital transformation experience from consulting financial services, healthcare, and public sector companies. She currently serves as the President and CEO of Lexa Records Holdings, a medical records management and disclosure services company serving healthcare providers across the US.

Stewart was a seasoned Investment Banker and a Vice Chairman of Wells Fargo Securities from March 2009 through 2019. Mr. Wallace has 35 years of experience advising multinational corporations, Boards of Directors and foreign governments in raising capital and executing strategic initiatives in a variety of industry sectors.

Brad has more than 25 years of experience in the industrial rental equipment industry and currently presides as Chief Executive Officer and Director of H&E Rental, one of the largest public rental equipment companies in the nation. Since Brad's tenure at H&E, he has helped grow the business to over $1B in revenue with industry leading operating margins across 140 locations in 30 states.

Dr. Papastavrou is an experienced founder, investor and advisor. He is currently Chief Investment Officer of ARIS Capital Management, which he founded in 2004. He has held board positions for large publicly traded companies, including XPO Logistics, United Rentals and GXO Logistics. Dr. Papastavrou holds three degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, including a doctorate in electrical engineering and computer science.

Arnold Mabee has 30-years of operations and senior level management experience in a variety of industries including all aspects of mobile crane & heavy haul services, steel service center and other industrial services businesses. Arnold currently serves as the CEO of Circle 8 Services. Previously, he served as the President of Sterling Crane USA.

Cuong is an experienced CEO and chief strategist with over thirty years of experience leading high technology and pharmaceutical companies. He is currently the president and CEO of BioVie, Inc. Previously, he founded M6P Therapeutics, Perceptivus & Identifor; earlier roles include EVP at Merck; SVP Tyco Electronics; SVP Lenovo; President of Global Strategy Group at Samsung; and Senior Partner at McKinsey & Co. Cuong is a Dartmouth College graduate with an MBA from the Tuck School of Business.
